Objective B: development of a new pillar with innovative features
Along with the 2 objectives of the Plan, there are secondary objectives, as ensuring the proper implementation of the Plan, meeting the basic requirements for the allocation of Community funds to SMEs and ensuring beneficial results for company future.
For the implementation of the above objectives, the Plan was divided into three Work Packages (WP).
WP1, which meets Objective A, concerns the improvement of the provided car rental services and the increase of the part of the profitability related to it.
WP2, which meets Objective B, includes preparation and promotion activities for the development of a new innovative package for the wider tourist package area.
WP3, which responds to the secondary objectives, concerns the monitoring of the progress of the works for the implementation of Objectives A and B, but also the active participation of an experienced Executive of the Company in the implementation process, especially regarding Objective B, which is also strategic priority for opening new markets.
